1. Can I have a sample order?

A: We accept sample order for testing and check quality.

2. What is the delivery time?

A: We have products stock, usually we deliver order (<100PCS) in 3days. For more quantity order please contact us anytime.

3. Do you accept OEM order?

A: OEM order is welcome. We support printing brand logo and self-design package box.

4. Do you have certification of touch switch?

A: Yes. We have CE, RoHs, FCC certifications for our touch switch.

5. What about the warranty of your products?

A: We offer 12 months warranty for all the products except accessories. Defective items must be returned within 7 days, all returned items must be in its original condition and packaging.
