Q1: What file you need to provide if you want a quote from us ?
A: PCB: PCB gerber file and pcb requirement;
PCBA: PCB gerber file,BOM list,Pick and Place file.
Q2: How to keep our product design file secret?
A: We would like to sign a NDA with you.
Q3: What file formats do you accept for pcb?
A: Gerber,CAM auto CAD,DWG.
Q4: How can you guarantee the good quality?
A: For PCB, we will use Flying Probe Test and E-test for it.
For PCBA, we need you to offer us the testing method for the function test. Before that, our inspectors will use microscope and X-ray to check the IC foot welding or bad solder etc.
Q5: What payment terms do you have?
