Q1: What is the lead time for mass production? How will you ship the cargos?
A: It'll take 15~30 days usually, based on the quantity.Cargos will be packed in standard export cartons, or follow your requirements.Then the cargos will be delivered via Air (DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex and Airlines) or sea.
Q2: What will you do for quality control?
A: Our QC department will strictly supervise all the processes before shipping. If the items are damaged when you receive, please contact us as soon as possible.If the problems are resulted from us, we will accept return, then arrange replacement.
Q3: What is your payment terms?
